Terms of Service

Welcome to MegaIPTV ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our IPTV subscription service at megaiptv.ca ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of them, do not use the Service.

1. Service description

MegaIPTV provides a subscription-based IPTV streaming service delivering live television channels, video-on-demand content and electronic programme guide (EPG) data over the internet. Access is provided through the IBO Player application on a single authorised device per subscription.

We are a reseller of subscription access. MegaIPTV does not host, store, originate or broadcast any of the media delivered through the Service.

2. Account registration

• You must provide accurate, complete and current information when you order.
• You are responsible for keeping your activation line and login credentials confidential.
• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your province or territory of Canada, to hold a subscription.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your line.
• Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

3. Subscription plans and payment

MegaIPTV offers the following subscription terms. All prices are quoted and charged in Canadian dollars.

• Subscriptions are activated once payment has been confirmed, typically within 15 to 30 minutes.
• Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. MegaIPTV does not store full payment card numbers on its own systems.
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew. Nothing is charged again unless you place a new order.
• The Try 1 Month intro offer is available to new customers only and is limited to one per household.

4. Refunds

All sales are final once an account has been activated. Because the Service delivers digital content immediately, refunds are not issued after your credentials have been sent and the line is live.

• A pro-rata credit may be issued where a verified outage attributable to our infrastructure exceeds 72 consecutive hours.
• A duplicate charge caused by a technical error is refunded in full.
• Requests must reach [email protected] within 7 days of the qualifying event.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial viewing. You must not:

• Share, resell, redistribute or sublicense your credentials to any third party.
• Broadcast, publicly display or re-stream any content received through the Service.
• Attempt to circumvent access controls, DRM protections or authentication systems.
• Use automated tools, bots or scrapers against the Service.
• Use the Service in a way that breaches any applicable law in Canada or elsewhere.
• Access content in a region where such access is prohibited.

Breaching this section results in immediate termination without refund.

6. Device limitation

Each subscription authorises one (1) device at a time. Simultaneous streaming on multiple devices is not permitted and will be detected. The Service is compatible exclusively with the IBO Player application; MegaIPTV provides no support for any other player. Installation for every supported device is documented in our setup guide.

7. Service availability

MegaIPTV targets and currently sustains 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable because of:

• Scheduled maintenance, announced in advance where practical
• Unplanned technical faults
• Disruption at a third-party content provider
• Force majeure events outside our reasonable control

We are not liable for interruptions beyond our reasonable control, including faults in your own internet connection, router or television.

8. Intellectual property

All content delivered through the Service — live channels, video-on-demand titles, logos and EPG data — remains the property of its respective owners and licensors. MegaIPTV claims no ownership of third-party content. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view that content for personal use only.

The MegaIPTV name, logo and website design are our property and may not be used without written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate a subscription at any time for breach of these Terms, without notice and without refund. You may cancel at any time by writing to [email protected]; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY CANADIAN LAW, MEGAIPTV SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 30 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and of the Province of Ontario. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes are published at megaiptv.ca/terms.html with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
